Modification of plan T&C

• upto 4 changes will be done in floor plan as per client needs.
• If area increases more than 10% extra amount will be charged at rate of 4/Sqft.
• Changes will only be incorported regarding door and window placements and sizes of individual space, No changes will be done regarding orientation of elements or vastu orientation.
• Color option of exterior elevation will be provided within a week respectively.
• No element or materials will be changed in elevation, if client needs any change regarding that 1000/- extra will be charged.
• First phase of drawings include floor plan and elevation which will be delivered within a week form date of purchase.
• Any changes in floor plan or elevation if asked by client will be delivered within a week, and further changes also if needed will be provided within a time span of 1 week.
• After approval on presentation plan structural drawings and architectural details will be provided within a week respectively.
• Any discrepancies on site regarding drawing will be brought to immediate notice to IMS head office.
