Junior Architects contribute to and support architectural projects. They help prepare designs, complete construction documents, write up building plans and assist in the presentation of materials.
A Junior Architect works under the direct supervision of an Architect or Lead Designer with the goal of eventually moving up to that position with experience. The work is very collaborative in nature. They work for architecture and engineering companies and most of their work is done in an office setting.
The candidate should be good in handling the projects and making sure the work is done in given time.

The ideal applicant would be an B. Arch with minimum 0-2 years of experience into Architectural firm into Designing field.
The Scope of responsibilities for Senior Architect is described below:
You would have to prepare potential concept design and creative direction for variety of design concepts.
You would have to co- ordinate for designing.
You would have to take organized approach for documents record.
You would have to support the execution of the projects as per design and time frame.
You would have to lead a team of Architects for preparation of design drawings and related construction documents as per company formats.
You would have to list out the complete project meetings on a weekly basis for successful task completions along with the preliminary completion schedules and meeting requirements.
You would have to understand the factors of tolerance for completion and non- completion.
You would also have to source and innovate strategies for task completions.

Responsibilities and Duties
The candidate will be responsible for designing theme based residential projects covering wide range of themes from contemporary to traditional themes. Candidate will be required to meet clients, understand their tastes & preferences & provide design solutions that best meet client requirements. Candidate will be coordinating between sales & production teams to ensure smooth handover from sales to design to production phases.
Consider materials and costs, prepare detailed BOQ and negotiate project fees..
Prepare and share various progress reports.
Giving Presentations to Clients with mood board presentation Follow up with Clients Candidate should be well versed in designing modular furniture for residential projects such as modular kitchens, modular wardrobes, entertainment units, false ceilings, crockery units, foyer designs, etc.
Meet new clients, discuss and understand their requirements in detai
Research concepts and materials to support design team on technical issues influencing concept development
Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion
Conduct on-site observations and provide recommendations to help streamline ongoing design projects
Prepare and participate in client presentations
Select furniture, materials, decor and finishes while keeping within budget
The candidate should have hands on knowledge of 3D & 2D design software’s like 3Ds Max, AutoCAD, Photo Shop,Vray, other support software’s.
